Cinco De Mayo Fiesta!

With Cinco de Mayo less than a week away, we wanted to share this fun fiesta from Piggy Bank Parties, complete with  their matching Fiesta Collection! The colorful fiesta included a build-your-own nachos bar with tortilla chips, refried beans, queso dip, black beans, Mexican cheese, seasoned ground turkey, guacamole, Greek yogurt, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes and black olives. The nachos banner was designed to look like Mexican papel picado, which are tissue paper banners with intricate designs. They attached the banner to twine with mini clothes pins and hung it from a multi-colored paper plate backdrop. The backdrop was finished off with a few of their new piñata favor boxes. Guests were also treated to something sweet with faux churros!

For the table, they used a blanket from India. Each place setting included a Fiesta Paper placement, dinner plate, and colorful bandana napkin with a twig napkin ring. Piñata Favor Boxes with favor tags and personalized tags attached were hung from a tree sculpture as the centerpiece.
