Girl Scouts Themed Party
Crissy’s Crafts styled this pretty Girl Scouts Themed Party as a little celebration for the girls. The greens and pinks in this party are such a pretty color combination. Guests and their families enjoyed trail mix, cake pops, cake balls, brigadeiros de copinho (Brazilian chocolate dessert), sweet popcorn and lemonade. The girls got to take home s’mores favors and butterfly necklaces.
From Crissy’s Crafts: “The Investiture and Re-Dedication Ceremony is a big part of Girl Scouts. The Ceremony is held to welcome new girls into Girl Scouting and for the girls that are already invested to reaffirm their belief in the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Because of the importance of these events, I wanted to give the girls a beautiful but meaningful ceremony. We started the ceremony with a Flag Ceremony, welcomed the new girls with a Candle Light Ceremony, played a skit about Stereotype (current patch they are working on it) and closed the ceremony singing “Make New Friends.”
