This Hallow’s Eve Inspired Dessert Table by Laura’s Little Party was based upon the spookier side of Halloween and we absolutely LOVE it! Creepy black spiders and crows, black twigs and apples, and a fantastic haunted house were just a few of the details that made this dessert table spooktacular! Bones, skulls, and spooky creatures also found their way to this spooky celebration!

The dessert table backdrop made all of the spooky black decor POP! It was actually a roll of wrapping paper found at HomeGoods!  The vintage print banner was made from an American Crafts Banner Kit and coordinated perfectly with the table cover. Big tree stumps sprayed with black spray paint were brought in for seating and added the perfect spooky element!

Big skulls found at the Dollar Tree were set on spider web dessert plates from Oriental Trading. A cute purple spider was hidden underneath the skull! The plates were set on top of a grapevine wreath that was embellished with vinyl realistic snakes and scary spiders, also from Oriental Trading. You can check out her simple DIY tutorial and create your own Creepy Crawly Plate Holder. Large BOO napkins were set under the place settings and tied in well with all of the other table decor, including the Trick or Treat Paper Rosettes and the DIY faux cake.

Black glittery hanging spiders from Oriental Trading were the perfect added element to the dessert table. The cool bat pedestal was used to display an old pile of bones. Laura added some assorted favor boxes that she embellished with krinkle paper, and small bones that she cut out from her Silhouette Cameo. Spooky black crows were found at the Dollar Tree and added just the right amount of spookiness to the table.

Cupcakes were placed inside of webbed holders and the spooky chocolate dipped apples with real twigs from Bella’s Bakery and Bowtique was the perfect dessert for this spooky occasion! What a wonderfully spooky way to celebrate Halloween!
