Who wasn’t obsessed with mermaids as a child?! This little girl sure is, which made this Magnificent Mermaid Themed Party so much fun to style! Mermaids are the best!

The birthday girl doesn’t know how lucky she is, because her Mom is the brains behind Prints For Events. Mom illustrated the mermaid for the invites and printables that were used throughout her party!
From there, the remaining colors were chosen and everything came together very easily. With the main focus of the party being the dessert table with the gorgeous paper tassel backdrop from One Stylish Party, how could it not be amazing?!
Treats and desserts were a main focus for this fun mermaid event, and everything was not only delicious, but absolutely gorgeous! How fun are the sand dollar cookies, shark gummies, caramel popcorn in paper cones, and the cotton candy?! SWEET!
And the cake! Simple, yet beautiful for a little birthday mermaid.
Decorations included sand dollars and starfish from The Fulfilled Shop and they were so fun! Balloons, gold confetti, pink roses, and all the pretty printables rounded out the fun decor.
The banquet-style table was a big hit! Aqua and lavender paper plates were used, with adorable seashell napkins and gold flatware with seashell tags tied to them. The center of the table was draped with a DIY pink dip-dye tablecloth and it was beautiful!
Instead of a guest book, there was a “Message in a Bottle” station, where guests left sweet messages that were stuffed into cute glass bottles for the birthday girl. All of these items were found in the trusty Target dollar spot!
Party favors were glass jars full of blue cotton candy, labeled “Sea Foam.” So creative! What a truly Magnificent Mermaid Themed Party!
What a blast to not only be a guest at this party, but to style it, as well! The guests absolutely loved it, but we’re pretty sure the birthday girl was the #1 fan!
