The snow was falling on a recent afternoon and my son and I were stuck in the house. It was the perfect time to bake some sweets together. He loves watching and helping mommy in the kitchen. He’s also my No. 1 taste tester, so we set out to make some cake bites!

Short Cake Bites Recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick of butter softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- Red Candy Melts
Instructions

In a large bowl mix together your ingredients.

Pour your batter into your maker and allow to bake for 7 minutes.

Place cake bites on baking rack and let cool.

Melt candy melts for 40 seconds in microwave and stir.

Take lollipop sticks and dip into candy melts.

Place sticks into cake bites and dip into candy melts.

Use spoon to coat entire cake bite with candy melts.

Add sprinkles or candies.

Serve your cake bites and enjoy!
