Winter Woodland Christmas Tree
This year, I wanted to do something different for my Christmas tree theme. I’ve been wanting a flocked Christmas tree for a few years now, so when I saw one on sale at Michaels, I knew I had to get it! I love the look of snow on trees after a winter snowfall, and this 7.5ft Pre-Lit Vermont Flocked Pine tree was the perfect one for my Winter Woodland Christmas Tree theme! It’s still on sale and even cheaper for what I bought it for, so if you’re looking for a nice flocked tree, it’s only $129.99 right now! It’s definitely a steal!
For the ornaments, I wanted to do a red, gold and brown color palette. You can find some of the ornaments I purchased here and here. I also added these red glitter snowflake ornaments, because anything with glitter is a holiday must-have! And can you spot our Elf on the Shelf?! Our little Jinxy loves hiding in the tree!
When I first saw this rustic burlap Merry Christmas ribbon, I knew it would be perfect for my tree! I wrapped it around the tree and love the way it looks with all of the other ornaments and decor.
Below, you will see I topped the tree with the Woodland Collection Rustic Snowflake Tree Topper.
Some other rustic ornaments that I added for the woodland inspired theme are the Winter Wonder Lane Burlap Star Ornaments and Rustic Candy Cane Ornaments. A variety of cute birds were also added!
My fireplace decor includes the Woodland Collection Snowman, Woodland Collection LED Lamp Post Decor, White 3 Candle Lantern, Rustic Santa Decor, and 30″ Flocked Berry Wreath. I knew I had to get a flocked wreath since I’m pretty much obsessed with the snowy look! I think next year I will get the flocked lighted garland to add to the fireplace as well!
A photo of my son with Santa and Mrs. Claus completes my fireplace mantel decor! He had his face painted like Rudolph and this is one of my favorite holiday photos!
That completes my Christmas tree and holiday home decor. I hope you love it as much as I do! Do you have a theme for your Christmas tree and holiday decor? Let us know in the comments below! Until next year … Happy holidays!
